As long as your order hasn’t been billed or started processing in our shipping facility, you can add to it or change it. Unfortunately, after your order has started processing, it is quite difficult to find it. Order changes may be subject to a modification fee.
Yes, you can. When items go out of stock, we will make it easier for you to pre-order them by creating new products that are labeled “(insert out-of-stock product name) – Preorder”. These products can be purchased on a preorder basis, and you may take advantage of any existing limited-time discounts to purchase them.

On average, delivery times can be anywhere between 2-5 business days. However, some areas may take a lot longer depending on your geographical location. If you suspect that the order you ordered from us is damaged, you can return the toy. Let us know what happened (either by email or phone), and we will make sure a replacement is sent to you upon arrival. If, on the other hand, you have accepted delivery and discovered that your toy is faulty or damaged, please notify our store so we can provide instructions on how to return your damaged item.
